You can come straight from a run, the side of the pitch or simply for the sauna. The programme does not need to go any further: hot sauna, cold lake, then a while on the bench.
Before the sauna
Ice hockey, football and athletics fields, along with outdoor routes, are next door. The moving part of the day can end at the sauna door.
