Löylykontti Tahko stands on the shore of Lake Syväri. The sauna looks out over the lake and the slopes opposite, and in winter heated steps lead straight to the ice hole.
You can come here from the slopes, ski track or trail without inventing a separate evening programme. Gear off, into the sauna, into the water and back. The rest of Tahko can wait for an hour.
In winter
The ice hole in Lake Syväri is kept open all winter. Heated steps shorten the route from the water back to the sauna.
In summer
You can swim in the lake without an ice hole. Hiking routes and golf courses are nearby, as is the sauna when the day on them is done.
