How do I book a session?

Pick a location and an open time in the booking calendar, then pay online. Your confirmation and instructions arrive by email right after payment.

Where do I get the door codes?

You'll receive the door codes by email with your booking confirmation. They're also on the My bookings page, where all your bookings and their codes live in one place.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel a booking on the My bookings page. The cancellation terms are shown with your booking and in the terms of use.

What should I bring?

A swimsuit and a towel are enough. A full water bottle, your own bench towel, ice-swimming shoes and a bathrobe can make the visit more comfortable.

Can I wash up at the sauna?

Sörnäinen, Tahko and Tuira have an indoor shower year-round. The Espoo beach sites have no sewer connection, so soaps and shampoos cannot be used — the summer outdoor showers are for rinsing off.

How do credits and gift cards work?

You can buy credits in advance and pay for sessions with them, or redeem a gift card as credits. Both credits and gift cards live on the My bookings page.

Is the ice hole open year-round?

The outdoor rinsing showers at the Espoo locations run in the summer season, and the ice hole in winter. Check each location's own page for details. Never swim alone in the ice hole.
